    Privacy Policy

    Effective November 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how F&Y Holding LLC, doing business as Molecule Club ("Molecule Club", "we", "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit moleculeclub.com, create an account, complete a medical intake, or use our patient portal (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this policy.

Molecule Club is a technology and care-coordination platform. Clinical services are provided by independent licensed clinicians and medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies. Those clinicians and pharmacies are separately responsible for the health information they hold about you. Where we handle protected health information on their behalf, we do so under written agreements that require us to protect it in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

    1. Information we collect

Information you give us. Account details such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, shipping and billing address; identity verification details where required; medical intake responses including your health history, medications, allergies, symptoms and goals; photographs you choose to upload; messages you send to your clinician or to us; and payment details, which are processed by our payment processor and not stored by us in full.

Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, time spent, referring pages, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies. See section 7.

Information from others. Information from clinicians and pharmacies about your care and orders, from our payment processor about your transactions, from identity verification and fraud prevention services, and from shipping carriers about delivery status.

    2. How we use information

    3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or share your health information for advertising. We share information only as follows:

    4. Health information and HIPAA

Your protected health information is used and disclosed only as permitted by HIPAA and applicable state law, for treatment, payment and healthcare operations, or as you authorize. You have the right to request access to or a copy of your medical records, request corrections, request restrictions on certain uses, request confidential communications, receive an accounting of certain disclosures, and file a complaint with us or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@moleculeclub.com.

    5. Marketing communications

If you opt in to text messages, you may receive order updates and, where you have agreed, marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. Service messages about your account and orders will continue while your account is active.

    6. Data security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your password confidential and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

    7. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure how the Services are used, and measure the performance of our advertising. We do not place advertising or analytics trackers on pages where you enter health information. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit some features.

    8. Data retention

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and comply with legal obligations. Medical records are retained by clinicians and pharmacies for the periods required by the laws of the states in which they are licensed. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; some information must be retained where the law requires it.

    9. Your choices and rights

You can review and update your account information in the patient portal. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and to opt out of certain processing. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email support@moleculeclub.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

    10. Children

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

    11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where the changes are material, notify you by email or through the Services.
